What are the shipping costs?
All shipping and customs costs are included in ther displayed price. There are no hidden or additional costs.

What if I am not satisfied with my purchase?
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not pleased we will happily refund your money and accept the return of your order.

Can I choose a different finish or color than what is shown?
We can usually fulfill any reasonable request. As we have established personal relationships with all our manufacturers we are generally able to accomodate any finish or color request. Special orders as a rule will not be priced any differently. However, shipping time may be extended related to the custom work.

How is my furniture delivered?
We have contracts with national furniture delivery services. Your furniture will be professionally and courteously delivered and set up in the room of your choice. All shipping and packing material will be removed.
